Casita wiring, from the panel out

Power for casitas, home additions and converted sheds. We start at your main panel, check the load, and give you a written price before any work.

What a casita needs before the lights come on

  • A row of new panels with covers open beside a new meter stack

    A feed from the house

A casita usually gets its own subpanel, fed from your main panel. That feed takes room and load.

  • The bucket of the company mini excavator in front of the branded trailer

    A run underground

A detached casita usually needs wire buried out from the house. Nobody puts the trench on the vision board, but it's there.

  • A hand at the breakers of a new panel with the cover up

    Its own AC circuit

Phoenix summers mean the casita needs cooling. A mini split or AC unit gets a dedicated circuit sized for it.

  • Gloved hands setting a box on a red laser line on a stud

    Kitchen and bath circuits

A kitchenette and bathroom add circuits. Bathroom outlets need GFCI protection.

From plans to power, in four steps

  1. The electrical plan on plywood with a new box beside it

    01

    Plans and a panel check

We look at your plans or sketch. Then we check that your main panel can carry the new load.

  2. Two new electrical boxes on a plywood bench beside a rolled plan

    02

    A written price

You get a written price before any work starts. If the panel needs an upgrade first, we say so up front.

  3. A technician in a company shirt kneeling at a framed wall during rough-in

    03

    The feed and rough-in

We run the feed from the house and set the subpanel. Then we wire the boxes and circuits inside.

  4. A technician walking through the framing

    04

    Finish and walk through

Once the walls are done, we set outlets, switches and fixtures. Then we walk you through the subpanel.

In their words, from our Google reviews

“I needed electricity run to a shed I'm converting into an office, specifically for an AC unit, lights, and outlets. The price was very fair, and the work was perfect.”
