“10/10 experience with Problem Solutions Electric LLC! I needed electricity run to a shed I'm converting into an office, specifically for an AC unit, lights, and outlets. The communication was great from the start; they listened to exactly what we wanted and even reviewed photos and videos of the yard and electrical panel to give an accurate estimate. The price was very fair, and the work was perfect. Friendly, attentive, and highly recommended!”

“Problem & Solutions Electric LLC Problem & Solutions Electric LLC has been nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, they proved why truly reliable electricians are hard to find. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, and treated us like valued customers—not just another job on the schedule. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Every step of the process was handled with care, precision, and professionalism. What really stood out was their problem‑solving ability. Instead of walking away when things got complicated, they leaned in. They never abandoned us, even when the situation became challenging. Their pricing was amazing—fair, transparent, and far better than what we expected for the level of service we received. One of the biggest reasons I recommend them is their initiative. They didn’t wait for us to chase down answers. They took it upon themselves to call SRP directly and advocate on our behalf. They went to war for us when we needed someone in our corner, and that kind of dedication is rare. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. We felt supported every step of the way, and the results speak for themselves. If you want an electrician who is reliable, honest, detail‑oriented, and truly committed to solving problems—not creating them—Problem & Solutions Electric LLC is the company to call. Amazing service. Amazing people. Highly recommended.”

“This electrician company saved us money. We reached out to three different companies for quotes. They were very professional. They did not price gouge us like the other companies were doing. They replaced our electrical panel box in time for us to decorate our house for the holidays. And when we were having another issue, we reached back out and they made the trip out the same day we called. Another company’s tech our home warranty sent out failed to find the solution, but they found it within a few minutes of diagnosing. Their techs talked us through the repairs and even let us watch for some general knowledge tips for future references. We appreciate their professionalism and above all their work. We are definitely going to be reaching out to them for future home renovation, electric-wise.”
