Electrician in Happy Valley, for homes built this century

Happy Valley isn't a city. It's the area along Happy Valley Road, mostly in north Phoenix, where most homes went up after 2000.

Which city you're in matters here

Near I-17, Happy Valley Road runs through Phoenix's Deer Valley Village. Further west, homes on the same road carry Glendale or Peoria addresses. Your permit comes from the city your home sits in, and the mailing city can differ.

Homes here are young. In ZIP 85085, 91% were built in 2000 or later, and 44% since 2010. Few homes anywhere along the road predate 1980.

Newer wiring doesn't mean spare room. A charger or a casita can still fill a panel. In Phoenix, a charger that needs the service pushed past 200 amps goes to plan review first.

“Alvaro is amazing. Knowledgeable, responsive and fair. … He was referred to me, showed up as expected, detailed what he could do, and then performed the work expeditiously. Happy customer right here.”
