Remodel wiring, planned before the walls close

Moved outlets, new lights and full rewires for Valley remodels. We plan it with you or your builder, and you get a written price before any work.

When a remodel needs an electrician

  • Gloved hands setting a box on a red laser line on a stud

    The kitchen is moving around

New counters and appliances put outlets and circuits in new places. Each one gets planned before the cabinets go in.

  • A technician drilling through a stud, trusses overhead

    The walls are open anyway

Open walls are the easy time to rewire. Drywall makes a nice finish. It makes a terrible access panel.

  • A technician in a company robot shirt measuring between roof trusses with a tape

    You want more light

Recessed lights, pendants and new fixtures, with switches where you reach for them.

  • An open panel with new breakers and UL labels

The panel may be short on room

New circuits add load. We check your panel can carry it before we quote the remodel.

How remodel wiring goes, step by step

  1. A technician walking through the framing

    01

    Walk the rooms

We walk the space with you or your builder. We mark what moves, what's new and what stays.

  2. The electrical plan on plywood with a new box beside it

    02

    A written price

You get a written price before any work starts. We explain the plan in plain English first.

  3. A technician nailing a new electrical box to a stud

    03

    Rough-in

With the walls open, we run new wire, set boxes and add the circuits the plan calls for.

  4. Three technicians talking through the work at a framed wall

    04

    Finish and walk through

After drywall and paint, we set outlets, switches and fixtures. Then we show you what each new breaker runs.
