Solar wiring and the panel behind it

We handle the electrical side of solar installs: the wiring and the connection at your main panel. The panel gets checked first, so you know it's ready.

Where solar meets your electrical system

  • Metal conduit run along a stucco wall, a hand holding it in place

    The wire run

Wire runs from the solar equipment to your panel. It's sized for the system and protected where it's exposed.

  • An open panel with new breakers and UL labels

    Your main panel

Solar feeds power back into your panel. The panel's rating decides how much it can take.

  • Hands fitting conduit into the bottom of a meter stack

    The tie-in

This is where solar connects to your home's wiring. Your utility has rules for it.

  • A row of open panels with the covers up, a technician reaching into the first one

    Room for what's next

If a charger or a casita is coming too, tell us now. Then the panel gets sized once.

How we handle the electrical side

  1. Three new open panels with their breakers and wiring, two technicians at the edges

    01

    Look at the panel

We check your main panel before the plan is set. Its rating shapes what it can take.

  2. The electrical plan on plywood with a new box beside it

    02

    Plan the wiring

We map the run from the system to your panel and where the connection goes.

  3. Two new electrical boxes on a plywood bench beside a rolled plan

    03

    A written price

You get a written price for the electrical work before any of it starts.

  4. A technician kneeling to fit conduit along a stucco wall below a meter stack

    04

    Wire it and connect it

We run the wiring, make the connection at the panel and clean up after.
